Which pictures are you trying to show Paul. The ships or the nutritional values one??

The value ones but for some reason im unable to copy pics from my tablet.

It's just mad I've uploaded pics before without this hassel.

Its not a clear print .. but from what i can see it would be left .. the lower carb per 100g .. but the wife weighs my foods .. so don't need a full cracker (if they were crackers!)

Errm... for me: neither. Helpful aren't I! :D

(I had to do a bit of fiddling to be able to enlarge image enough to be able to read what the labels say)
