I have found this website really helpful for signposting information that hasn't necessarily made it to the mainstream just yet, including stuff which runs against the current medically accepted wisdom.

The forums, however, are another kettle of fish. There are some real oddballs there :shock: :roll:

I would imagine that the research could apply to us all, not just a non-Diabetic as the participants were. I certainly favour that view. Well spotted.

I'd seen that one too and it chimes with the John Yudkin book I'm rreading.
Yudkin should be compulsory reading, along with Taubes, for all medics dealing in dietary and metabolic matters.
And no-one could claim he wasn't a scientist
