Cant believe it!!!!! blood sugar went from 4.8 to 10.7 in 1 hr after eating 2 hotdogs just shows you the sugar in medium buns.
 
Pretty much what you should expect, probably even higher later on. :(

It's not just the Buns .........what about the carbs in the sausages. What was the total carb content of what you ate ? It's not just sugars you should be looking at.
 
Thanks cugila will let you know in 1hr lol might go out for a walk burn some glucose what ya reckon that should lower it.
 
nutritonal value is probaly zero for hotdogs but you must admit boiled onions and mustard stunning lol better get hiking now. :D

Can you tell me where you get 0 for HotDogs ??? Are we still talking carbs. Do you make them yourself ?

It's probably quite nutritious in some ways.......just not very healthy !
 
No cugila they are of the tinned variety 2.1g of carb in each but looking at the ingredients they are full of **** thats what im talking about . 64cals in each aswell not to bad must be the buns lol
 
Uuurgh ! Tell you what eat the Hotdogs and bin the buns ! I don't count calories.....carbs is king ! Well Devil actually.......for me I am very intolerant of too many carbs although after losing loads of weight I can manage more than I used to. :D

Anyway, I thought you were taking a hike....... :wink:
 
Hahahahah nice way of saying leave me alone i suppose but yes im off now just getting the lead for my mutt. See how it is in 1hr.
 
Good idea, that is right on hypo territory. Shows how we are all different, I would have been up higher even with the exercise. That's why I need to take meds.

Seems you are doing well on diet only. Keep that up and you may stay that way for a long time. :D

Anyway, all that was your penance for mentioning Hot Dogs ! :lol: :wink:
