Pretty much what you should expect, probably even higher later on.
It's not just the Buns .........what about the carbs in the sausages. What was the total carb content of what you ate ? It's not just sugars you should be looking at.
No cugila they are of the tinned variety 2.1g of carb in each but looking at the ingredients they are full of **** thats what im talking about . 64cals in each aswell not to bad must be the buns lol
Uuurgh ! Tell you what eat the Hotdogs and bin the buns ! I don't count calories.....carbs is king ! Well Devil actually.......for me I am very intolerant of too many carbs although after losing loads of weight I can manage more than I used to.

Good idea, that is right on hypo territory. Shows how we are all different, I would have been up higher even with the exercise. That's why I need to take meds.
Seems you are doing well on diet only. Keep that up and you may stay that way for a long time.
