Who are they?

Just Googled 'who wrote the books based on The Pirates of the Carribean' and didn't come up with anything so I Googled 'Books about Pirates' and the only one that jumps out at me was Robert Louis Stephenson so I am going with that.

Robert Louis Stephenson.

got my washing on the line! You've baffled me though, much more thought needed. x
I will be fair to you. you at one time had a link,
so you can't be that baffled.
here is another wee clue.

Zola wins again. well done.

Great stuff Izzzi.

I shall spend a while trying to get a pic that won't be guessed so easily.

They can all be guessed easily with Google though can't they? ;) xx
Squire may tell you how to avoid your photos being image searched ( but do use that system). but the rules permit us to look for other photos etc; in our search.
Best think of someone your self then dig for a unusual picture of them. I know the fun is a nightmare that is why we miss our Wee Willie.

American singer.

Have fun !!

Oh BALLS.

Dagnammit Lunarlinda... You are good at this....

Give me a moment to find a new award......

1st prize goes to Lunarlinda for guessing Tina Turner on the 14/05/2014.

Very well done LL.imagesFNOOKGI1.jpg

another wee clue, split personality and wee is a bit of a clue as well.

Squire does the game rules permit looking at google maps or any other kind of maps ?

I am not really aware of any rules but anything is acceptable if it is given as a clue..

Ha !! Found a really good one which NO ONE will guess.........

That was where Willie shone. He used to trick the piccy's around so they could not be easily guessed with Google. I have been experimenting with doing the same but have not had the success that he had.

As to Robert Louis Stephenson(?)

I sometimes copy a subject piccy to my computer so I can enlarge it and look for clues. I can also leave it on the screen when off line and stare at it. It was while I was doing this that I noticed Mr Hill's pedal car.

With RLS I right clicked on the piccy and clicked on Save as .....and the computer helpfully suggested what I should save it as. Bit of a give away really.
