Who are they?

You see as soon as the picture came up I knew straight away that it was Fidel Castro and I thought I won't rush in and I will wait to see if Zola gets it.

Anyway final answer Fidel Castro

My son in law is Irish (Here since 8 years old ) is sitting nearby, He did not know Leaba was Irish for bed.
