Who are they?

My Final and last answer It is Abraham lincoln

Willies photo is and was the great man.(the head tells it all)

If I am wrong so be it.

I was wrong about Tad because Willies Great clue "scratching ones head " and scalping threw me in the right direction. ( ok don't know what I am talking about,however I know a little about Abraham and Tad.

As to the question of whether or not it was a painting. I have seen so many of these photographs now that someone must have employed a full time portrait painter.

nevertheless I saw this ---8 Feb 2013 - MOVIE LINCOLN - A TOP CONTENDER FOR OSCAR AWARDS. This little boy in the photo grew up to be Abraham Lincoln, one of the greatest ..

Definitely Abe Lincoln. He always looked like a grumpy old s*d when he was old, and he looked exactly the same when he was young. :D

Ooooh I enjoyed that bit of jazzy music on the video but I haven't a clue who the pretty little girl is, Willie. The only person I can think of with a musical French connection is Petula Clark.
