I cannot find out what is is, It might be a knuckle knife, or even a knuckle gun.
O by the way If you look at the award I gave Opalshards, the bracelet is what Opalshards hand made, for my wife's Christmas. It is just lovely and most of all, my wife loves it. ( It's now priceless ) not bad considering what it cost
