If the jumper is genuine this person was from a religious background,
Willie mentioned "choochie wee face" when describing lincoln. that don't help.
Music has something to do with her face, and hair style must have something to do with it.
I do not think it is Dawn French.

Here's an American ex-Navy man.
An aviator and flight instructor.
Administrative Assistant.
Was also Chief Executive Officer, President,
and then Chairman of a large company.
He went on to achieve an even higher status in life.
Still around to this day.... and you do know who he is.
And you've been offered too many clues. :? :D

If it is not JR (sadly missed)it must be DC.
The DC, I am thinking of was involved in some kind of alleged scam with a large oil industrial business (Halliburton).
