The more I stare at that piccy the more I think Bob Hope but he was born in Eltham, London. Did he take out citizenship?

Haven't a clue.

My Google finding of 'muscley man with tattoos' revealed nothing on Google images so I too need a clue Mrs Vimes....

Is he in a band ? Where is he from ? That sort of thing.....
