Who are they?

Googled the clue Sanguine and have come up with a virgin, a nun and a hermit/ None of which seem to fit.....

Another clue maybe ??

This is a wee bit much for me Sanguine. Not sure what to search for....

I will sit back and wait and see what other peeps come up with.
 
In A famous film of her book Robert Duvall played the part of the character the 90s group was named after.
And the male lead was played by a very famous actor who took an historical Italian holiday in another of his films.
 
Must be Harper Lee then, the film and book being To Kill A Mockingbird. I didn't know she was a descendant of Robert E Lee.

I understand Robert Duvall being in The Godfather but the name of the song / group evades me ??

The 90s group was the boo radleys
The film and book was as sanguine says to kill a mockingbird
Boo radley was the character played by Robert Duvall
The male lead was Gregory peck who starred in roman Holliday

It's a shame it's the only book she ever wrote
