People. Noise. Swearing. Many foods.
I don't know about others but since I "fell off" my diet its just gone from bad to worse.

I have put on a stone in weight and have had two sugar free days in......a long time.

I really try to be good but it doesn't help when your other half is depressed and struggling and has chocolate on the go 24/7.

I did so well with my LCHF diet but now I can't face the things I ate on that diet. No chops, belly pork, no chicken, no sausages, no eggs - because now my stomach rebels against them and when I think about them I feel queasy. That's what happens when you're Autistic and you have a narrow diet already because of sensory issues!.

Do I have a sweet tooth?. Not especially but I can't eat well and its become just one nightmarish battle on top of several others I am fighting at the same time.

I am still exercising, drinking lots of water, haven't reverted to drinking sugary drinks and, Fibromyalgia permitting, am as active as I can be but this food things absolutely killing me (along side other things that might and yes I am getting support for those issues!)

I just wish I enjoyed the right food.

I went through a patch recently of being unable to face any more chicken, bacon, salmon, eggs, etc. Not that unusual, as although I usually love chicken sometimes I just went off it for a week or two. But not wanting to eat any of my usual protein sources and stay low carb did not work.
Finally I went searching for 'keto' recipes and found a couple of simple quick meals to try.
They might not work for you, but I found a great prawn & mushroom 'risotto' recipe on the headbangers site and a keto chocolate mug cake for a quick, fairly safe, sweet fix from alldayidreamaboutfood.
A few days of eating these (the prawn thing for 3 lasted me 3 days!) and I am back eating chicken again.
Hopefully you can find something you enjoy from one of more of the keto sites.

Thank you. I will have a look at the prawn and mushroom thing.

I’m with you on the fed up with the same old same old feeling. One way I try and get round it is not only to try a different recipe but also to present it differently; best china plate and posh knife and fork. It makes it feel a bit special LOL
