Why do the nhs give the advice that they do?

oh dear not again.!!!!

I have to ask - where does this eat plenty of carbs come from - it is from DMUK then ignore it but most diabetic units do not dole out this advice. Diabetics need individual advice based on their requirements !!!

Sue you don't have it wrong - in the UK we do not subtract the fibre from carbs!
