Why insulin diabetes can't unlock cells ?

Hi everyone
In fact, I do not have a answer I hope someone has answer why insulin diabetes can't unlock cells body why ?
What is the real reason ?
 
It's all explained very well in this gif from a Singaporean hospital. It's nothing to do with complex biology. It's a bloke in a purple jumper saying no.

Insulin resistance is a similar type of thing as drug resistance. A drug addict ends up having to take more and more of the drug (for example, heroine) to get the same affect and eventually he/she has to take the drug just in order to feel 'normal'. Meanwhile the heroine is ruining their health and their lives.
This is a bit dramatic but it puts the basic message across.

thhank you but This fee only to simplify understanding But what really is the cells do not deal rationally i'm sure There is a secret what is't i dont know

Medical research doesn't know either, if they did it would be a big step to controlling it. There are more detailed explanations involving glucose transporters but it still comes down to the same thing that the system gets overworked and becomes ineffective.

Yes, my friend, we want a logical explanation from scientists, we do not want assumptions this just assumptions
