Why Is My First Test of The Day So High

So yesterday's set of results were:

FBG: 7.1

+ 2 hrs: 8.7

Pre dinner: 7.1

+ 2 hrs: 7.0

This morning FBG: 6.0

All in all the most consistent set so far.

I switched out the milk on the oat ran breakfast, used water and added a few blueberries. I also took 2 wine vinegar capsules with 500 ml of water after my last meal as lots of Google research suggested apple cider vinegar helped control the Dawn Phenomenon.

Anyway off to breakfast now!
