Hi All
Its like finding a four leaf clover or winning lotto looking for cold or cough med sugar free
with all the diabetes in the world there should be more out there
Can any one help ?
michael

I thought there was although I've not used one, have you asked the Pharmacist if one is available?

PHOLCODEINE is available as sugar free and is excellent at supressing daytime coughs but dont overdoo the doseage though as it can cause slight sedation due to the codeine....

Most, if not all the major brands are sugar free, they use sorbitol, malitol and others so they are OK for diabetics.

Ask the chemist, they know what to offer, I like Night Nurse, stops the cough and puts you out like a light!

There is also Robitussin it is in a blue box [the sugar free version]

What I like about this its great for any irritant dry tickly coughs AND
tastes quite pleasant too
Unlike one I once tried it was far toooo bitter in taste for me ...

Hope this snippet of info can help you .

Anna.

I used Robitussin and it helped me clear my cough/cold very well, would recommend!
