Why So Low?? Too Low For My Liking!!

Hello again @Neckarski_94

I am guessing you are concerned by the 4.9 in case it is going to go lower at night? Different people have different comfort levels of bgs before bed and only you know your own body well enough to say whether that 4.9 is going to creep down lower and wake you in the night with a hypo alert.

I don't know when you had your meal time insulin (in theory most short acting insulins are out of your system in 5 hours) and whether your basal insulin is actually on the high side and would push you down further. Has your HCP advised you on levels that you want to run at before bed?
Looks like JDRF recommend 6-10 here

I'd probably nudge mine up with a few carbs if mine was at that level before bed, but I wouldn't be too stressed about it, particularly as your graph is currently flat. But I would expect to be woken by my body or my cgm if I went low at night. And what I would do is not necessarily what you should do, everyone's diabetes is a bit different and there are good reasons why we can't give medical advice on these forums.

Am guessing you are already in bed so hopefully you will post tomorrow and tell us what you did and how it went.
