why the forum is so slow?

since yesterday the forum is EXTREMELY slow!

I don't seem to have any internet problem with other websites

any idea?

I think the forum is always slow in comparison to many other websites but today has not been exceptional (for me.)

I didn't notice anything slower, which is good. When the forum does play up, I normally blame it on the weather

Data flows faster when it's going downhill. Don't try uploading anything though!

I tried with Firefox and IE and they have the same behavior.
Pages take ages to load after clicking a link and often, even if I click a link to open in a new tab and visit a thread, it ends up in the general forum webpage.
Very strange
I also get often the error:
The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console.

Have you tried restarting your laptop/PC/device? That can sometimes be helpful.
