No matter what I do or try it always bites me in the backside... Its tike pills are us at moment.. 5 in morning & 4 at night.. I rattle when I walk.. Tried all sorts.. Gritting annoyed now

Well if we are counting pills so far this morning I'm up to 14 and have several more to take over the rest of the day this holds true for many of us here if the pills are helping I should not get too annoyed. Though I know it can hack you off having to take them sometimes it can't be helped.

Also if you gave a little more info we may be better able to give advise.
