Hi @joshluck You'll need to tell us a little bit more, so what insulins are you using, what was the day like with your bg levels, is this a regular pattern ?
 
I’m on movorspid and levemir, I have just got back of holiday and my monitor stopped working whilst I was there so I had no way of monitoring bloods, so when I got a new monitor when I got back I was at 27 with ketones over 2, it isn’t normal for my ketones to play up like this
