Hi :)

Can anyone recommend some good Wii exercise games that are good for people with reduced mobility?

I've heard of step to the beat, which looks good, but wondered if there were any others that came recommended?

My mum and sister want to do more exercise but are limited in their mobility.

Wii Fit offers you an amazing addition to your Wii Console's active play but allowing you the chance to actually exercise through using your Wii Console. EA Sport Active is Wii Fit the original fitness workout game design for the Wii console and has also released an expansion package called Wii Fit Plus to increase the amount of workout options.
