Hi wiz,
I saw the programme about Willies chocolate looks interesting, I've not seen it on sale in my area, but I get Francois Pralus 100% cocoa chocolate from my local Booths supermarket, considering its 100% cocoa its very smooth, the only drawback is the price at £3-40 for a 100g bar.

I found willies bars at mammadeli or something and was 2.40 a box x 2 bars and it tasted good and like yours very smooth, might buy more :D

My local waitrose have sold out, will try it when they get some more in.

I use the 100% cacao for cooking and it makes a great hot chocolate.
