Can anyone tell me how you post a question etc. on here?, I've only managed to do this by replying to threads. :?

You can click on the 'Ask a Question' forum on the forum index which will take you to the most recent posts in that forum
If you're logged in, you should see a button that says 'New Topic' just above the announcements.

Once you're on the new topic page, you'll want to decide on a subject for the topic and type out the contents of your question in the larger box.

When you're done, you can click on Preview to see how your topic will look, or Submit if you're happy with it

I am over 40s bmi and type 2 diebetis the best thingfor me to do is loose weight i was told a wii console is better to use i cannot afford to go to gym or to buy a wii console i have always wanted a wii so i could use s personal trainer on it i was told i get panic attacks if i go out and r msinly house bound
