Windows 7 and Abbott meters

I have tried to download my abbott Freestyle meter results into my PC running Windows 7. It will not work and Abbott Customer service told me 4 months ago that they were waiting for the software to be upgraded. However, nothing seems to be happening. Anybody else having same problems?

Same problem with Accu Check and Windows 7 too

Seems these meter companies are living in the dark ages where software is concerned. I seem to remember that Accu Check only moved from serial ports to USB last year

Thats strange, my accuchek meter downloads OK using windows 7 or XP with the Smartpix reader.
