Winter Blues?

It's that time of year again, christmas round the corner, car packs in, early mornings and dark evenings, money worries and the dishes need doing.

just seems as if things get on top of you a bit. then you get a bug,feel ill :sick: and have to go to work or lose out on the money to pay for the car/xmas/washing up liquid and the diets gone down the pan.

on a positive note i had my check up and my hba1c went down from 90 odd to 47 over the moon with that
 
Good news for you there! I think everything that goes wrong at this time of year seems three times worse which I put down to a lack of daylight hours. I don't suffer from S.A.D but I do feel that the short days have a lot to answer for! :D
 
From the first sign of autumn (nights drawing in) and not being related to a Mogwai, I spend time with my light-box for company and that sure does make a difference :D .. also makes reading smaller print so much easier :wink:
