I just added about half a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce to my salad. It's my first moment of weakness since diagnosis, it was just sitting there next to the salad bar...I've always loved it with feta cheese. This stuff is pretty much just pure syrup with a few chilli flakes added in....
I adore sweet chilli sauce but my blood sugars strongly disagree!

I made a sticky soy stir fry the other day with erythritol, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and chilli and I was sold. It was so sticky and sweet and spike-free!
