Is a Naturopath as quoted in the article a natural pathologist? Might need one of those on this advice. The evidence for cider vinegar is being touted by a so called health guru who makes his living by beguiling gullible women into buying his secret diet plan at vast expense. I know coz my OH subscribed. She has now moved on to Michael Greger and WFPB, What a sucker. More money than sense IMO.
PS there appears to be no viable evidence to support the cider vinegar theory, and being acid it totally contravenes the new fad diet - the alkaline diet - that removes inflammation, boosts antibodies, and cures cancer. Whoopsie
