I was on about 5 minutes before the end, to speak about the low-carb diabetes diet.

I've been asked by the Woman's Hour researcher for my recipe for "Almond Bread" to pass on to listeners who phoned in.

1.7 g carb per cake against 14 g for a slice of bread.
