Hi,
I don't know if other woman have the same trouble as me but I always get cravings for carbs when its that time of the month. I just constantly want to stuff my face!!!! That can be an issue with Very low carbing, I try to tame the beast within with a little 72% dark chocolate, then I might try a little low carb microwave cake, then I move on to cheese or anything else I have in the house! Luckily I don't tend to have carby or sugary things in the house. But often it means I devour a whole bar of chocolate rather than the 2 pieces it should have been (along with half the contents of the fridge). I can be sat there feeling uncomfortably full and still be craving!
This usually last a couple of days
How do others cope?
I have an implant which means I don't normally get monthlys, which in turn means I only get monthlys once the impant is running out (I think). Having it replaced tonight so fingers crossed, the cravings will almost disappear!
