I'm trying my best to figure out what is causing me to be high throughout the day.

Carbohydrates are bad, but my blood sugar just seems to stay high throughout the day. My libre tells me in the last 7 days I have been 0% in the range.

My doctor has put me on novorapid, 5 unitsx2 a day. But now I have been told by others that I should be on background insulin, I thought that the diabetes specialist doctor would have put me on also that but will need to ask my the diabetes nurse to look into that.

My liver is still fatty and I'm probably going to need to have my kidneys checked too.

Hopefully everyone is doing well during this coronavirus.

Hi @UsmanMo96 . What are you eating , and are you keeping a record of foods consumed and blood glucose levels before and after eating?

Porridge and tea for breakfast but today I had chicken sandwich. And then I only eat again again later at 7pm and I'm mostly having either some meat or bowl of veggies mixed with the meat.
