Realistically needing a gym is some way off so I'll tuck that info away for future use but I am keen to protect from osteoporosis.
TP-IAT is quite common in the states but not very common in the UK - it is difficult to get funding for it. My pancreas is too far gone to try and collect any of the islets as I have chronic pancreatitis caused by pancreas divisum and only a little bit of function remaining (around 2 or 3%). I'm at UCLH for that and my diabetes and their patients have ops at the Royal Free.
