Just started a job after being off for a while, It is a convenience store and I am mostly on tills, I noticed when it's busy I struggle to keep my bloods stable and have had 3 hypos is the last 2 shifts. I eat dinner before my late shifts but even with less insulin it is still happening. Any advice would be so helpful!

Sounds like it is the stress of a new job that is causing the issue, at a guess, had it myself when starting a new job in the past.

Once you settle in to pattern then things should get easier.

In the mean time keep something in your pockets that is fast acting, like jelly babies or glucose dextrose tabs, they work for me.

Not sure what else to suggest, I assume your work place knows your diabetic?

Not being able to eat as many chocolate digestives as I used to.
But if you've just started a job after a period of inactivity you may need to reduce your insulin?

Not being on holiday....
For 2 years I did a week of earlies and a week of lates......
When doing the lates I ate but took no fast acting insulin at all!
Sounds bizarre but it worked for me.

Good luck
