Work breaks

Hi, I work a 12 1/2 hr shift 3/4 times a week, I only get an hours break, as a diabetic am I entitled to more?

I don't think being a diabetic entitles you to more break time and in fact one 20 min break is all that is legally required although most companies will provide longer breaks.
