Worried about Breakfast Post prandial (1 hr)

Hi S&E,

My comment wasn't intended to be a dig at you or your individual method of control and if it offended you then I can only apologise as I obviously should have worded it better. However, I'm afraid I can't agree with you that it is obsessive to test more frequently in order to understand what effect different foods have the metabolism and how each of us tolerates them. You have your views on that, I have mine. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Weetabix definitely sends my morning reading up, even if eaten the night before...rise at 5am so have my breakfast the night before :) .....also any kind of fruit seems to be a no-no.
