hello everyone

last friday i got glucose 14.2, n i have no any syndrommes like thirsty or blurred vision etc.

what does this mean ? do i ve to worry abt it. i m nepali / asian man 35 yrs old.

A visit to your doctor sounds in order. I don't know if you are diabetic or not. If not, you need to see your doctor and get tested.

Sounds like you ate something very high in carbs.
 
Welcome to the forum @sudharson thapaliya. One blood glucose reading doesn't tell you anything. Do you test regularly before and after eating? What are your bg readings usually like?
What did you eat before the 14.2 reading, and how long after eating did you test?
 
Nepali sweetmeats are very sugary, so I'm not surprised you had a high reading. If you are concerned you should test more, before and two hours after eating to see how your bg rises.
The only real way to find out if you are diabetic is to have an HbA1c test done at clinic or hospital. That measures the level of sugar in your blood over the last 8-12 weeks. A finger prick bg test only shows your bg level at that moment.
