i have type 2 ,and on meds for blood presure also i have diverticular disease ,but i cant get help from anywhere i have asked for a note from my doctors for work as so worried and scared to go in as i work in a special school ,any advice would be great
 
Have you tried the Diabetes UK Helpline?
I have heard excellent feedback about them.
