Hi i am worried about going back to work next week after my first baby not to do with my diabetes but about leaving her to go to work and my hubby lost his job a few days ago so now i have to work more hrs to get money to survive but i am not sure i can manage the pressure of having to work 40+ hrs while he looks for work i found it hard to work 40 before baby as i get tired a lot as i am writing its 9pm and i am shattered and done hardly anything all day
