Hi All

Just at the end of week three of my new lifestyle and just did my BG, when I started I was hitting 18.8 today I registered 7.0

That is amazing

I am so chuffed

Its been easier to stick to as I am looking at it as saving my life and limbs so eating well sleeping better all round big change

That's brilliant .... I feel the same way and am hoping that I can maintain it ... don't have a problem with the diet cos I can still eat my favourite things .... I almost look forward to testing ... been 5 days now and I'm still astounded
