Yoga

Well done :)
I ask my students to leave their egos at the door, which seems to be harder for the guys ;)
I once "lost myself" for half an hour... if the alignment is correct it is easier than standing on your feet :)

However, I couldn't run the way you do, have never had the inclination to run anywhere! But admiration all round to those that do.
Thanks

to be honest I started teh yoga as I had chronic lower back pain from running/rowing/cycling. Dropping one session of one of those in favour of yoga was one of the best decisions I ever made.

... I've practiced yoga for years. Like lots have said, it's probably not going to massively improve insulin sensitivity, but does help me in terms of stress, which likely has a knock on effect with blood sugars :)
