Hi, Yes, it is for the mind, I am very interested in Buddhist philosophy and the way the buddhists are able to withstand so much pain, hardship etc through their beliefs and practices forever working towards enlightenment, and heaven knows we could all do with a bit of that in this world! As you know, the mind is a wondrous thing, and most of use barely know how to use it not sure why link did not work, I followed the directions by clicking on YouTube button, pasting the url address in, tried without the XXXXX, i.e.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFBsqhVps4, tried with it between the code i.e. http://www.youtube.com/watch?vXXXXX=QFBsqhVps4, and behind the code http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFBsqhVps4XXXXX!
Nigel, Thanks for the information, I would love to visit the temple, I also love the buddhist philosophy and way of life, if the whole world took the same stance think what a different place it would be!
I will google the temple, as I say I would love to visit it sometime, my great, never to be realised dream would be to visit Tibet under Tibetan rule though!
