Brilliant Kevin!! I aspire to your BG'sSo here we are at the end of week 6:
1. Running 1 mile every morning - feels great and no chest pain...waoooo
2. 6th 42 hour fast - now very straightforward and adjusts for any upward movement, nudging me down to low 4s with Fasting Blood Sugar
3 Average BG: 4.75
Average BP: 123/73
All other numbers same as week 5.
Can't wait for my next HbA1C
If I can do this at 54, I hope it encourages many others to do the same.
