Your definition of low carb diet.

Reduced carbs here
but really no idea as don't weigh or count anymore.
Don't eat tatties, pasta, bread, fruit.
Do eat lots of veg, fish, cheese, meat, yoghurt and nuts.
I suspect it is pretty low... still losing weight, though never hungry and never full after a meal.
