The steroids stimulate the liver to produce more glucose and also interfere with the mechanisms for transporting glucose from the blood into fat and muscle cells. Once they're in your system they will do their thang. So whatever bacteria you have in your gut will probably only dictate the rate at which they are absorbed into your system if anything.</p></blockquote><p></p>
