Sorry about the title - it's a '2 Ronnies' reference for those not in the know.
Just came across this............

Thought some of you may be interested but couldn't help wondering who funded this research considering that Brazil is one of the leading peanut growing countries in the world.
"YOUR CRACKERS M'LORD"
Makes for very interesting reading, thanks for that. I'm one for trying it out, will get some tomorrow and report later.
Peanut butter, together with any other fat helps slow down the digestion of the food, that is why it helps to control postprandial spikes.
You already tried it @noblehead ?
I know there's a jar of peanut butter at my mothers' house and she isn't using it so if I hear something good from you I'll go round and raid the cupboards. No Idea what the carb value is like though?
Being on a vegan type diet, I have got to get my fat from somewhere good.

Wingnut?Coconut?
Monkey nut wrenchWingnut?
Are you a nutcase,Just found some Peanut Butter (300g jar) in Home Bargains that has carbs of 15g/100g. Taking that 300g = 12 portions, then 100g must = 4 portions.
So 15g carbs ÷ 4 portions = 3.25g/portion.
Now I know what you're thinking.......................where the hell did he find the " ÷ " on his keyboard?
