There’s a couple from carb addiction doc that are great, along with a couple of interviews with him. Dr. Cywes is bariatric surgeon that tries to treat his patients via diet first.

anyway, the guy has no filter, he says stuff like “you’re sick because you’ve been shoveling carbs in your face” lol. The blunt truth. My dislike is he gets caught up too much on addiction side of things that may not be applicable to people who aren’t addicted to carbs and just thought they were eating healthy.
