High and low sugar levels!
Some days, just drive you mad.
Not ready yet for low carb but can see the benefits.

I seem to be getting a lot more of these days lately, where I get extreme high to lows and back again. Extremely tiring and frustrating!
Sometimes, my own fault having the odd high carb meal, thinking I can just dose accordingly (but get it wrong)
I find with libre cgm, it's so easy to go into panic and react as soon as you see the dreaded double up/down arrows (xdrip)
Gonna up my basal fractionally today, this is always key for me to getting flatter lines.
But what usually then tends to happen is with witin a day or so I have to bring the basal back down a bit.
Keep on the battle, but some days just get you down.

I agree CGM's can fill you with panic when you see arrows going up or down.

Personally with hypos I find the liver can contribute a glucose hit on top of a hypo treatment which causes the steep rise north, then at some point the liver will claw some of that glucose back and a sharp fall, my method is to ride the high without a correction to avoid the drop or yo yo effect, so just take it easy after a hypo and aim to keep levels around 9 mmol/l if I can, easier said than done tho.
