Zero carb yoghurt

Has anyone posted about zero carb Alpro yoghurt before?

Only the plain is zero carb and I usually add some frozen berries to offset the tart taste.

So far I've only found it on sale in Sainsburys...

Generally we recommend greek yoghurt.

I think it is actually called yoghurt alternative.

I don't feel like sacrificing the good stuff in plain full fat real and live yoghurt for zero carb soy factory product. Obviously great if you are vegan or very dairy intolerant but a little bit of lactose (milk sugar) is fine when served with the full fat in the yoghurt and rendered much less dull with berries, seeds, nut butter...
