zero or low carb snacks for work

And of course sugar free Jelly - surprised that hasnt been mentioned yet :)
 
Has that got some sugar substitute in it? I can't stand the chemical taste of most of those.

Sugar free jelly typically has artificial sweeteners in, you can make your own with gelatin or carageen and berries (haven't tried it myself)
 
And they are only 240 cal per 40g bag, not 600 cal

I'm using them as light meal replacements at the moment... Wonderful wee niblets
love dipping them in soft butter or mayonnaise
Since I'm doing LCHF I don't count calories but carbs....that's way it's called the pleasure method aka lifestyle

Hello! You can also try:

chicken wrapped in lettuce
Apple with peanut butter
Nuts and berries with full fat yogurt (my favourite)
Veg with hummus dip
Stuffed tomatoes/ tomatoes and cheese
Edamame (you can buy this in asian stores)
Chicken wings
Hard boiled eggs
Almonds
