The Zoe app is about to launch a big study on time restricted eating, both for those already doing it and those new to it. You can download the app and there’s a learn more button on its Home Screen (and pre registering for the email to kick off Monday is there along with FAQ)

Thought it could be useful for lots of us in here and will hopefully generate some support for its effectiveness to a wider audience
