Zucchini muffins tasted terrible

I have always found one of the biggest factors in LC baking is the choice of sweetener.

They taste so very different, and some of them taste vile to me, yet others love them.

@Gran25 i think you mentioned Truvia in your first post. I can’t stand that one! Awful flavour. Yet I enjoy erythritol and use that for all my sweetening, when others seem to dislike it.

I think it all comes down to how our own taste buds register the chemicals.

Hi, I think you might need to grat your zucchini finer, i add chopped walnuts and orange flavouring to mine with some cinnamon and nutmeg too..go down a treat!!
