    I went to the drs as I noticed a lump and a lot of bruising and a bit of swelling .they said its a haematoma. Apart from avoiding injecting the area is there anything else I can do? Has anyone had this?

    Who here can eat Indian food without issues?

    I'm here again..:cool: I don't know if it's the rice or just the predominance of carb heavy food but every single time I eat it I'm up in the 12-14mmol/l hours later. No matter how I dose. Do I need to avoid? It's so hard to carb count.

    Been having lows at night right after taking my Lantus!

    .. I’ve tried going down on dosage but it still happens. what’s weird is that when I take my Lantus in the morning, it doesn’t seem to drop me the way it does at night…super weird. Does anyone know why this could happen specifically at night?
